1. Agreement
These Terms of Service apply to visitors and users of summersadhdcoaching.com and to clients and prospective clients who provide contact information — including a phone number — to Sunshine Speech Therapy, PLLC, doing business as Summers ADHD Coaching (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located in the United States. By using this website or providing your contact information, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Summers ADHD Coaching provides ADHD coaching and executive function support services. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, clinical evaluation, or medical treatment, and does not constitute the practice of psychology, psychiatry, speech-language pathology, or occupational therapy in any clinical capacity. Individual coaching agreements govern the specific deliverables, session structure, and fees for each coaching engagement. Website content alone does not create a binding service agreement.
3. SMS Communications
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from Summers ADHD Coaching. Messages are transactional in nature and may include:
- Appointment reminders for upcoming individual coaching sessions (sent 24 hours and 1 hour before your scheduled session)
- Reminders for ADHD support group sessions you have registered for
- Administrative messages related to scheduling or session changes
Message frequency varies based on your session schedule. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. To request assistance, reply HELP. You may also contact us directly at chelsey@summersadhdcoaching.com to update your communication preferences.
Your mobile phone number will not be sold, shared, or rented to third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are used solely to deliver the communications described above via our messaging service providers.
4. Acceptable Use
When using this website or submitting information through any form, you agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Attempt to compromise the security or functionality of this website
- Use the website or any contact channel for unlawful purposes
5. No Medical or Clinical Advice
Nothing on this website or communicated through our services constitutes medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or need clinical support, please contact a licensed mental health professional or call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
