Chelsey Summers, ADHD coach and executive function specialist

Chelsey Summers, M.S., CCC-SLP, ADHD-RSP

Owner & Executive Function Specialist

✦ Works with adults age 22 and older

Chelsey didn’t always have the systems and strategies she coaches today. Like many of her clients, she struggled through college undiagnosed — spending double the time her peers needed to complete tasks, wondering why things that seemed easy for others felt so hard for her.

After earning her Master’s degree and spending years as a school-based speech-language pathologist, Chelsey experienced the burnout that comes from working against your own brain. She eventually left the school system to start her own speech therapy practice — and then made a second pivot into ADHD coaching when she recognized that the support she’d been searching for all her life was exactly what her clients needed too.

Chelsey is ADHD-RSP certified and holds her CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology). She has her own ADHD diagnosis, which means she brings both professional expertise and firsthand understanding to every session. She specializes in helping adults build customized routines, strategies, and systems tailored to how their individual neurology actually works — not how a neurotypical productivity system says it should work.

Specialties

  • Executive function coaching for adults
  • Time management and task initiation strategies
  • Building routines that stick with an ADHD brain
  • Emotional regulation and reducing ADHD-related shame
  • Navigating professional environments with ADHD

Jessica Rubalcaba, ADHD coach for young adults

Jessica Rubalcaba, OTR/L

ADHD Coach for Young Adults

✦ Works with clients age 21 and younger

Jessica (she/her) brings 15 years of experience in education and two years as a pediatric occupational therapist to her coaching practice. Her approach focuses on the whole person — the individual, their activities, and their environment — to help clients reach their identified goals.

Her work is strengths-based, family-focused, and client-centered. She’s passionate about integrating each client’s interests with evidence-based strategies and collaborative problem-solving to create sessions that feel relevant and engaging — not like homework.

Jessica earned her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She has clinical experience working with infants, children, and adults across a wide range of diagnoses including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Sensory Processing Disorder, ADHD, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, developmental delays, and trauma.

She is also a parent of two children with ADHD (one inattentive, one combined type) and knows firsthand the challenges of navigating the school system — 504 plans, IEPs, and everything in between. Jessica herself has a Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) diagnosis that affects executive function, and she has personally worked through many of the same strategies she brings to her clients.
